Hi, I’m Emily
I created The Admin Side from something I’ve always naturally gravitated towards — organisation.
I genuinely enjoy bringing structure and calm to busy environments, and over the years I realised that what many business owners struggle with day to day is exactly what I’m most comfortable doing.
For the past 9 years I’ve worked as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership, including CEOs, COOs and Non-Executive Directors. My role has involved managing complex schedules, coordinating communication and ensuring that important details are handled properly and on time.
Alongside this, I have worked with both small businesses and large organisations, as well as high-level clients where professionalism, discretion and reliability are essential.
Before moving into PA work, I spent many years in customer service, giving me over 20 years’ experience communicating with clients, managing expectations and handling situations calmly and professionally.
What this really means in practice is simple:
